It was a hot weekend. 97F/36C both days. We took the kids to Gilroy Gardens (formerly Bonfante Gardens for those back in Ireland who've been there before) on Saturday. I remember the days when I would take just Clara. We would leave the house at 9am, be in the park by 10am, Clara would be wiped out by noon and we'd be home by 1pm. On Saturday we aimed to leave the house by 10am, and eventually got going a little after noon. And ended up not getting home until after 7pm. There's a lot more preparation required for days out now. We had a really nice day though.
Gigi and Clara went to Casey and Abby's birthday party on Sunday at noon. Later that evening we joined Jon and Michele, Doug and Ann Marie and all the kids for a bbq at Jon's place, and had a really nice evening. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing weekend.

Woke up early again today and Don & I had the biggest laugh about Michael's arm on Tighe's shoulder.
Sounds like it was worth it to spend the whole day at Gilroy Gardens!
Still watching for more photos and an update on the new weights. I miss the boys so much, but my weedy yard has been the benificiary. Hope to see you soon.
